Permanent moorage is $10 per foot per month, based on the vessel's length overall (LOA) or the slip length, whichever is longer. Water is included. Power is metered, and billed at the same rate that the power company charges us — – currently 10 cents per KWH.

Our A Dock is a mix of 15 slips ranging from 33.75' to 55' in length. C Dock contains eight 50' slips along with twelve 60' slips. D-dock consists of twelve 44' slips, which will accept boats up to 50' LOA. We also have side ties, ranging from 22' to 160' as available.

The inside of A dock is solely for boats no longer than 25 feet overall, and is limited to summer usage. There is no power available for this area.


Our permanent moorage contract runs month to month, with a 30-day written notice required to end the contract. The first month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time the Moorage Agreement is signed.

Invoices are mailed on or about the 20th of each month and payment in full is due no later than the 10th of the following month. Late payments are subject to a $10.00 late fee.

  • Parking

    Each permanent tenant receives two non-transferable parking stickers for their vehicles. In addition, they will receive two secure gate access cards. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for lost cards.

    The marina parking lot is a private lot intended for the use of our permanent tenants only. All guests wishing to use the parking lot must first contact the office for a temporary pass at the rate of $10.00 per night. Tenants are not allowed to grant access to their guests.

  • Share-A-Slip

    The Share-A-Slip program makes use of permanent tenants' slips when the slips are vacant. Tenants notify the office whenever they will be gone, so that the slip can be made available for overnight guest moorage. If the office is able to rent the slip for overnight moorage, the permanent tenant receives half of the overnight moorage fee as a credit on their monthly moorage bill.

  • Gate/door access codes

    Marina access is controlled via a locked gate with a digital access code, which is changed the first of each month. The code for the following month may be found in the lower left hand corner of the tenant's monthly invoice. The same code will allow access to the men's and women's showers, restrooms, and storage lockers.

  • Clubhouse/lounge availability

    Arabella's Landing has a lounge and a clubhouse available to our permanent tenants at no cost. Contact us for availability and use restrictions.

  • Storage lockers

    Storage lockers are available for a fee, depending on the size of the locker. Please contact us for details.
